Snowscapes

I have been learning about the landscape settings on my camera and have been testing come of them.
This is tonight March 15, 2014, at various landscape settings, this is still a work in progress.

 

 



Winter 2014 at the Wastewater - January

I spent a couple of days at the Wastewater, I think the filter marsh and the harsh weather has changed the winter wildlife outlook at the facility this winter, but I did find a few things to keep my camera happy.

Don't primp for the ladies in front of other men, especially ones bigger than you.

 

This Mallard was preening perched on an ice covered rock.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 This swan was none to happy to see the attention he was getting from the lady swans.
